Two stage project, starting with a two storey side extension, including a wine room, study, play room, bedrooms & bathrooms, reworking/refurbishment of the entrance hallway with an updated oak, glass & stainless steel staircase. Stage two was the refurbishment/reorganisation of the kitchen, dining, tv room, rear entrance hall involving quite a lot of wall removals, to give physical & visual access of these rooms to the mature rear garden, plus a rear extension.. The original house dated from the mid 1980s internally it looked like it was from the 1970s.
